"Incredible set up to watch the northern lights from bed. Went in autumn so snow hotel was not available. Would recommend more activities available like fishing rods, kayak as it’s far out of town so when you are there you are there with little to do. Also, timing of saunas are late, pop up ice bar so having it more available to guests. Shuttle runs more frequent. All in all, highly recommend - it’s an unforgettable experience "

"The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Our room was quiet, beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. We reserved a table for dinner, and it was worth every penny — the surrounding trees made the atmosphere even more special. The staff were kind and respectful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Large, clean and well furnished room. Restaurant pizza might have been from frozen package. Outside needs better roads and black top parking lots. Too much junk visible outside and at the waterfront."

"Property was perfect sized for a couple. The dining table had plenty of room and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to eat or have a takeaway. We had a car which was not easy to park locally as most spaces are permit. We were told on day 2 that there was a space we could use but there was someone else already parked there. Communication was clear albeit a little slow but we muddled through. The sauna off the bathroom was lovely to use though we couldnt work it initially. The TV did not work at all. Blinds were good enabling us to sleep when daylight was so long (end of May) but the balcony did not feel like a place we wanted to sit out. Overall, the property was ok and value for what we paid."

"Friendly staff, amenities in the room were good, wonderful breakfast and a nice and quiet little town to visit. It was a good place for a night. Some things that could be improved; the room was quite warm (we visited in the middle of a heat wave) and the wifi reception was poor. Overall we had a lovely time. "

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!"
