「Def」

「The house was absolutely beautiful and the host couldn’t be more accommodating. Our French bull dog loved the fenced in area. I definitely recommend this home.」

「Good communication prior to and on arrival. Enjoyed the amenities TV, Hot Tub, and grilling. Not a bad ride up to the race track. Thank you」

「This space was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very sweet and responsive! Would definitely stay there again!」

「Samantha was a perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. We didn’t plan to spend much time at her cute cottage since we had several outdoor events on our list. We arrived on a Friday early evening and checked out Sunday morning. Mother Nature had another plan and rained on us during our only full day there. This allowed us to spend several awake hours in the cottage. It is so peaceful and we enjoyed everything (I even took a nap)! The bed is comfy and even satisfied my bed-snob husband....

「Good Spot」

「Excellence communication from the Host. The place was spotlessly clean. I would stay here again next time I’m in the area!」

「The house was perfect! Nice set up for us. Beds were comfy and it was just a few minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and the tracks. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This place was perfect! We went to concert at SPAC, very close and easy to find. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Perfect for a couple or girls night out. Thank you Richard and Denise for the snacks. Would 100 percentage go again.」

「EXCELLENT well-maintained home was the perfect fit for our group. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book again if we ever return to the area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.」

「Nice place. Clean and good communication with Owner. Alot of gadgets and technology to figure out. Best if you are comfortable figuring it out.」

「I was very pleased that it was a pet friendly property, but we checked in early, but supposedly it had already been cleaned. It smell clean and looked clean until you started walking and your feet were sticking to the floor and I took a shower and there is a hairball, which I left right there in the upper left corner of the shower on top of the shower surround and I had to purchase a mop and bucket to clean the floors so that I can walk around in my socks I want to turn on an air conditioner in...

「Beautiful place」

「Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!」

「Jennifer is a kind and gracious hostess, communication with her was easy and prompt. Everything at the Orange Rose is kept neat and well appointed. Hot Tubbin' was so much fun! Definitely recommend Poncho's authentic Mexican restaurant and order their large frozen Margueritas to go - 'goes great (in plastic cups) with the hot tub! :) :) Thanks for a great stay!!」
