「Wonderful experience. What started off as just a cool-looking place to stay as we passed through from Boston to Rochester turned into a romantic getaway. Seamless check-in and check-out. Extremely professional managed. Website dedicated just for guests that has every detail you need. Would stay there again in a second.」

「Well kept up historic apartment near downtown. 」

「We enter a the house to find a very clean and beautiful home. The rooms are big, the bathrooms were clean and beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room as well as the family room were roomy! The host was very easy to talk to and reach when we had questions or requests. We had enough room for a family dinner in the dining room. The house was very close to a beautiful park and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay in this house!」

「Great place with a great location. Parking was smooth with easy street parking that the host registered us for so we didn’t have to move our car. Bed was super comfortable and it was great having the front room that overlooked the park. Walking access to a number of great bars and restaurants. Great communication with...

「The place exceeded expectations. Clean, cute space. Roomier than expected. Hot tub was on and at a good temperature. The Main Street with restaurants and bars is literally a 4 minute walk, yet the house feels secluded in a good way. Really enjoyed our stay.」

「Excellent commutation. Great location. Very clean」

「Fantastic property! Great park just across the street.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s Pond. The host was exceptionally responsive and communicative throughout our visit. Since we were visiting during one of the hottest days of the week, he even offered to have someone come by and turn on the air conditioning units before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. We encountered one minor issue during our stay, and he responded immediately with helpful solutions. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was resolved and that we...

「There was no comforter or quilt on the king sized bed. Only 2 sheets. I didn’t sleep comfortably because of it. The bed frame with white upholstery was dingy with stains and crusted who-knows-what (bloody booger?) There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or a place to hang them except for the hook behind the door. The host did not check in with us during our stay. Otherwise, the listing was accurate and the place was spacious and other areas were relatively clean. There were no check out...

「Apartment is not in the best area with lots of noise. Beds are hard as a rock. Not much for kitchen utensils. Would not recommend 」
