「The parking was a bit confusing but the host was very much available and accomodating to work it out. The place is clean, spacious, newly renovated, and very nice. The hosts were friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend for your stay in Utica!」

「Beautiful studio. Had all we needed to feel right at home for the night. Great communication.」

「The place was spotless and the communication was amazing. We will definitely come back again.」

「Great property, close to the action. Good communication with the owner.」

「This spot is very close to the start of the Boilermaker, which is the primary reason we chose this location. Margarita communicated frequently with us before and during the stay.」

「Lovely stay. Downstairs bedroom is a cozy stay for two adults. Otherwise a very relaxing weekend. Would stay again.」

「We were very happy - couldn't be happier really - with our stay here. Angelica is flexible and easy to deal with. The house was spotless and very nicely decorated. It's a great location with the University and downtown close by. Huge screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room. Good wifi. Well-equipped and stocked kitchen with every way to make your morning coffee and an air fryer to boot. Zero complaints or even nitpicks and we will definitely choose to stay here again when the opportunity...

「Best satay ever」

「It’s a very nice place. Farm is beautiful. Everything was as it said. Had laundry facilities separate which was handy. Would stay again for sure.」
