「Courteous staff, fantastic location, clean rooms.」

「The lobby was very welcoming, breakfast was good as continental. The room was slightly disappointing with what the lobby suggested as a 4 star hotel. May be with a price of 80 Europe I get the most simple one. Hotel with air on all the time. Front desk was extremely helpful and let me late check out at 1pm. Location is unbeatable as the heart just a lane of 30 steps away. I will come back book a better room next time...thanks」

「Colazione Toop !!! Albergo molto bello per tema cioccolato , personale cordiale e disponibile , le Camere sono tutte a tema cioccolato. Unica pecca , camera al secondo piano su strada , poco insonorizzata 」

「Lobby and restaurant are luxury and swimming pool is gorgeous, we really love the facilities. Our room has a independent cloakroom but bedroom and bathroom are a little small, I'd rather to have more space of them without a cloakroom....And there is a terrace with 180 degree view, amazing! Overall, it's a luxury hotel with excellent service that you can have a relax stay.」

「飯店離車站約500公尺~附近只有麥當勞供用餐~ 櫃台人員服務態度普通~房間乾淨但隔音很差~不好入睡! 冬天會將空調關閉~開窗戶蚊蟲會跑進來~浴室抽風機有時會被關閉」
