This property is very conveniently located right near Atrium Health Union West and it served as a wonderful place for us to come and go to the hospital as needed. Pet friendly home without any pet smells. Our fur baby was happy. The home has a lot of charm from the post WWII era but great modern upgrades. “The house is very nice and in great shape, There is FoodLion grocery store right next door. The cute small town of Monroe is within blocks. The backyard is great. Kitchen is well appointed. Beautiful house. Could use some more blankets and there are zero clothes bureaus. The host was very responsive but couple things.
