「It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. The host didn't respond to most of the questions I had which were very few, I had to call them...

This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second...

「Really cute place lovely views of the lake it’s perfect for 2 people! Host was excellent and very easy to communicate with. No issues with the check in or check out process. Highly recommended!」

「We loved our stay at Terrapin Station! The home is beautiful, clean, and well-supplied. In addition, Brian and Kelly are amazing! They are professional, friendly, and were quick to respond to any questions that we had during our stay. We are extremely grateful and would love to stay with Bespoke Properties in the future!」

「Communication could be better with check in and how to access parking garage below osprey lodge. Most restaurants and shops closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, which is when we stayed. Limited shops, restaurants open could have been communicated」
