"Well equipped house, spacious living room and kitchen area. Beautiful view. Well connnected to various ski areas in Kärnten. It's a wooden house, and the inside temprature could have been set a bit higher as it was mostly around 19-21 C during the day (oitside 0-5 C). But otherwhise we had a really nice stay."

"Hello, I have 2 points. The 1st is that it should be easier to get all info in EN. Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. "Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert:reichlich Schlafräume, ein großes, kombiniertes Ess-, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, 2 Bäder und ein Gäste-WC, Balkon und Terrasse. "Der Gasthof liegt direkt am See und ist durch ein Straße getrennt die gut befahren ist, Nachts relativ ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, Frühstücken kann man für 15 Euro/ Person. Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit nicht so toll war ( Spinnennetze außen am Fenster auf dem Balkon der Tisch nicht abgeputzt…) Die Lüftung im Bad nicht funktionierte. Die Zimmer waren jedoch sauber. Leider trüben diverse Mängel das Gesamtbild. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sicherlich okay/ längerer...

"I loved this hotel. The room was big enough for a family of four and the breakfast was great. I think i would have been more comfortable if i had stayed in the winter. I'm hot natured, so i slept with the window open. That felt great, but it is a busy highway and the cars were loud."
