“I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. I immediately documented the issues with photos, contacted management, and left without staying overnight. Unfortunately, the……

“This cottage was lovely. Small but mighty! Fully decked out kitchen. The decor was whimsical and fun. Beds were comfy. We felt so special. I’m ready to move in!!!”

“The room was extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. We didn't cook in the room because we were only there 2 nights. We did notice the skillet needs scrubbing. We would suggest having a small table with 2 chairs instead of the desk with 1 chair. We didn't use the TV. We don't have streaming apps. Suggest having a few local channels for news and weather. The washer and dryer are a big plus. They are noisy and may need some maintenance. The belts are squealing.”

“We loved this house! The driveway and entrance was private. The living room and kitchen were perfect size and even had a small dining table. The room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Laundry room was big. The bathroom, although a little small, was big enough to get clean and be on your way. The host did a lovely job of decorating and everything was very clean. In the morning we watched the deer in the back yard while sipping out coffee. Area was very quiet and easy to get……

“The place was everuthing it was hyped up to be. I wish that our weekend plans had not been packed, would have loved to have enjoyed tye properties amenities more. Our hosts were amazing!! Definitely a better option than a hotel. Will be back!”

“The house was very clean and spacious. Loved the long horn prints and special touches in each room. Large TVs in both bedrooms and living room. A great place to stay. Host was responsive. Georgetown is a lovely and fun town. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at this home. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and calm. Landscape needed more care. Shrubs, trees and grass needed to be cut and trimmed. But didn’t effect the units comfort.”
