「The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. Although there is an AC window unit in the window and if you sit in front of it, it is difficult to hear the tv. There is a train track by the house and...

「Absolutely perfect for 4th of July weekend! It was just what we needed to unwind. The views are spectacular, we could see fireworks displays from all over the lake! Our neighbor also did quite the fireworks display! We will definitely be back! The space was so clean & comfortable, and every amenity you could ask for.」

「Great communication! Very comfortable stay with nice backyard view. Looking forward to another stay.」

「The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street.」

「Visit was short and sweet. We were in town for a wedding, so only stayed overnight. The host was accommodating and helpful. The amenities were nice and everything was as listed. All in all was a great stay. Thank you.」

「The host is great, knowledgeable and very responsive. However, the property itself is somewhat worn off, the ACs upstairs were barely functioning, all silverware is hidden (except plastic forks and knives). There is a playroom for kids upstairs, that is really nice if you are traveling with little kids. Great location that is close to everything, just a somewhat pricey.」

「This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.」

「Such a fun yurt and a peaceful location! We loved the proximity to activities and then relaxing with a glass of wine on the little balcony!」
