「Prompt responses from staff. They came promptly when I needed to use Laundry & asked for help. The shelves in the kitchen were very high & I had no way to reach the glassware on those top shelves! Otherwise very convenient location and prompt, helpful staff.」

「Excellent location just across CN Tower. Booked a Panoramic Bedroom. Room condition not in good shape as toaster, range hood, main door and main toilet door was broken at check-in. Responsible staffs with turnaround of 1-2 days. But main disappointment in refrigerator breakdown on 3rd day and was not fixed until day of departure, causing a number of food that rottened and needed to be disposed.
