“As stated in the property description, this is a rustic studio. But it was also exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, clean, and right across the street and next door to a restaurant. More importantly, it had a great park around the corner to view the eclipse and was right down the street from a car repair place to fix our tire. The owner's are new to the process, so communication took a bit of work. They are lovely folk, and totally deserve the chance!”

“Nice clean and secluded”

“We used the house to stay in during our annual dove hunt trip. The river was a big hit where we could relax and cool off after our hunt. This house has everything we needed. Eric was so great at communicating and helping us. ”

“If you want super fancy go elsewhere but for us it was perfect. Everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We want to come back to Texas and stay longer next time”
