「The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this...

「From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the lobby staff (concierge and front desk). We were invited to dine for breakfast as our room was being prepared which was a wonderful experience as we had just flew in 17 hours from the US. This was such an unexpected surprise as usually hotel staff would ask you to come back during check in. Our stay was absolutely amazing. From the dining room staff at breakfast each morning to the housekeeping staff who warmly wished us good day each time...
"Everything is fine except a bit noisy in the night time resulting from tour group checking in. Our room was assigned to the lowest level (3rd floor) may be part of the reasons. "
