「Great breakfast」

「Love staying here for my mothers-in-law's Mayo appointments. Just 45 minutes away from the hustle & bustle of Rochester so very convenient. Love the dining options in the area as well plus the SPAM Museum! Staff very friendly and drive up room very clean」

「Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very basic. Fair pricing」

「This country B&B was great. Everything from cleanliness to comfort. The hostess was so pleasant and made the best cinnamon rolls. Bed was super comfy. Next time will stay 2 nights. The town was quaint. Had dinner at stellar 181 good place!!!」

「Convenient location to many attractions. Off street and we'll lit parking around the back side of property. It's a shorter carry from the back parking spot. Nice place.」

「The first room we were given did not have a working AC unit nor a working landline phone to call the desk. (Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! And breakfast was great (pancake machine, omelets, biscuits and gravy, etc) I would stay here again if we are in the area.」

「The property was very reasonable in price. It was also very clean and staff very helpful.」

「 The property is excellent. Very clean, everything works well. A lot of room. Very comfortable. Communication with the owner could be better. He has more than one property, so, when you talk to him, be clear about what property you want to rent.」

「TV had a permanent line, remote only worked to change the channel, had to turn on/volume manually, when showering the drain did not drain at all, shower water temperature nozzle was either removed/broken off. Dirty vents too, yuck. The staff was attempting to be helpful but were limited in how much they could help. The breakfast was a joke, only warm item was the egg patty that was used to be scrabbled eggs, and cereal. Now would I stay here again, maybe, if I had another death in family.」

「This was a very nice place to stay. It felt cozy, warm.... walking distance to a Perkins. Loved it.」
