Avoid this hotel!

Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over.

I enjoyed my stay every bit

I have done many business travels all over the world and domestically in the USA in my work life so far. I stayed in from 3-star to 5-star hotels. Keep in mind it is not a 5-star or 4-star hotel. But I never felt so comfortable and cared for in any hotel, anywhere, what I felt staying here. The service was above and beyond expectation. Their hospitality was beyond imagination. Every single employee was so caring and courteous. I felt safe and secured. The facility was quite clean. Bed was comfortable. I found a place where I'll stay every time I go to Dhaka, Bangladesh in the future.

Hotel has been shut down!

Called the hotel and was told it had been closed down by government. Later heard it had been closed for weeks. They offered an alternative but we turned this down. Not what you want when trying to check in at 23:00! Still not refund from hotel or hotel.com

hotel closed by local police

I had confirmation for airport arrival transfer from this property. Didn’t show up to pick me up. Looked all over arrival section, no one there. Tried phoning various times but no luck. Their main number had recorder that the number was not a good working number. Their fax number only rang and rang, no one pickup. The other number I had was the mobile for the Reservation/Front Desk Manager, that one just ranged and no answer. Finally decided to take taxi to hotel, when I arrived, the place was all dark & completely closed. There was a security man that advised the hotel had been closed down by local authorities!

Nice Small Hotel

The hotel is in the better neighborhood near the DAC airport area, the hotel is well managed & furnished. Got a whole floor for myself so space & privacy was at best.

Gutes Airport-Hotel mit super netten Personal

Vom Check in bis zum Check out hat alles super funktioniert. Die Leute sind wirklich extrem freundlich und kümmern sich um alles. Shuttle zum Flughafen ist im Zimmerpreis mit drin. Wenn man direkt auf der Homepage bucht wesentlich günstiger (25%) als hier - die Kritik trifft eindeutig nur EXPEDIA - fühl mich fast ein wenig abgezockt.

공항에서 주택가로 한참들어가서 찾기는 힘들었지만 직원들의 친절함과 안내에 넘 좋았고 늦은시간 음식점과 수퍼를 찾는데 호텔 직원이 인솔해줘서 정말 고마웠습니다 한번도 인상을 찌프린 경우는 없었으며, 이동 차가 오기까지 안내 1층에서 기다리는데 에어컨 서비스및 마주칠때마다 공손한 인사 감명깊었습니다 식당도 아침음식도 깔끔하며 좋았습니다 담번에 방글라데시에 가면 꼭 이호텔에 묵을겁니다.

우타라에서 만족한 호텔

당호텔 스위트에 3일간 무었는데 가격대비 아주 만족했습니ᆢ마스터룸도 넓고, 리빙룸, 기타 짜임새있는 구조로 상당히 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 다만 호텔에서 제공하는 조식이 뷔폐가 아닌 간단한 토스터위주 매일 같은 메뉴라 그부분이 상당히 아쉬었습니다ᆢ암튼 다카 우타라쪽으루 출장 갈시에 다시 한번 찾고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

Oasis of calm

The hotel is located in a nondescript residential neighborhood; I preferred it over the central downtown hotel I had been at previously. It is a new (2014) facility and spotlessly clean. There is free airport pickup and dropout. An advertised spa and fitness center is "under construction" but should be ready shortly. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was contintental style instead of buffet due to being in the low season.
