You can stay in this hotel for a reasonable tariff

Location of this hotel is fine and you can find different restaurants near to the hotel. You can reach air port easily because it is quite near to the air port. Their staffs are friendly and the food quality provided by their restaurant on 2nd floor has been improved.

本來當天要住朋友訂的旅館，因為房間狀況不好，我們臨時訂了伊奈爾，房間的品質比我想像的好，距離達卡機場也近，若下次還要出差，我還是會選擇。

Hotels.com advertises hotels illegally

Very bad experience with Hotels.com This platform advertises establishments without having the authorization or a contract with the hotel keeper which is completely illegal, and it is the customer who bears the consequences. During a stay in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I booked one room out of Hotels.com in a hotel from February 2 to 6, 2024. Hotels.com sent me an email confirming my booking and payment. But when I got to the hotel reception, there was no sign of my booking, and the hotel manager told me that they don’t work with Hotels.com or Expedia, but only with Booking. Hotels.com took my money but didn’t pay and contact the hotel. I had to negociate during almost 3 hours - and 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com Bangladesh - France. When you're tired after a long travel, in a country you don't know, it's very difficult to live... Finally we were able to get our room after a wasted afternoon. But new surprise: the booked "Delux" room is actually the simplest in the hotel and the price paid at Hotels.com is 20% higher than the price offered at the reception. So we had to pay extra charges to have a nicer room. Location is excellent. Staff very helpful and available at all times to help in any way possible. Wonderful people who are there to make a customer as comfortable as possible. Restaurant wasn't that great and I didn't like the choice of food. The location is very good so there are plenty of options nearby

They charge to print out boarding passes but don’t tell you there is a printing charge until afterwards. They call and wake you up to ask about laundry daily. They need to just put a charge menu and laundry request reminder in the rooms instead of annoying guests

Non-smoking business hotel

When booking an airline through Expedia, one routinely receives the airline's PNR locator (aka confirmation code). I was disappointed not to receive from Expedia a similar confirmation that the hotel actually held a reservation for me. My attempts to reach the hotel by e-mail failed, but the messaging service on Expedia's Web site did reach them, and they did confirm.

バンコクからの深夜フライトでしたが、事前の問い合わせにより、空港に迎えに来て頂きました。 ちゃんと英語で名前の書かれた紙を持たれていたので、直ぐに分かりました。 スタッフは、皆さん親切でした。

Nice and comfortable hotel

I stayed in the hotel for about 2 and half weeks. it nice and clean. Room service was good. stafffs were helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice. The area is called Banani and it one of the 2(Gulshan and banani) most posh area in dhaka even though it doesnt look like it.. . There is not much to do up there. and hard to find a sidewalk to walk on, as most of the side walk is taken by small tea shop or garbage piled up. Also, i noticed everyone rushes home by 9pm/10PM in Banani/Gulshan as the whole area shuts down. Due to bod cops and bad people come out as these groups work together..

Nice and Comfortable Hotel

I stayed for about 2 and half weeks. It was a nice , comfortable and clean hotel and the staff was very helpful if you needed anything. There breakfast buffet was great. Wifi speed was good , But the gym was dirty and the treadmill didn't work I would definitely recommend it. Select upper level rooms , if you prefer a view. The hotel is located in posh area called Banani , Dhaka. Banani or Gulshan doenst look like a posh area anymore,. its hard to walk around the town as most of the sidewalks are taken by small tea shops or pile of garbage At night time the posh areas Gulshan and Banani shuts down by 9PM/10Pm, and bad cops and bad people comeout to do bad stuff .Never carry too much cash if you decide to explore.
