“Given its 5-star rating, the hotel feels more like a lower 3-star establishment, with inadequate facilities and subpar aesthetics. The overall impression is that it's quite cheap. Furthermore, the room smelled unpleasant.I even complained twice, but nothing changed.I'm forced to continue sleeping in this unbearable situation. The water for the shower is just lukewarm, not even standard warm, so I can't enjoy a hot shower.The Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel room is spacious with beautiful pools and white sand beach. The hotel staff are all very friendly, especially Megha and Moustafa at the restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful seafood BBQ. The gym is well equipped too. ”

“I have stayed 5 nights, 23-28th May. Staff were kind, especially the young lady at reception. My room was facing the beach, and it was clean and spacious. The shower water pressure was weak. No AC in corridor on the floor where room was. The swimming pool is in the building NEXT to the hotel, and it is not well maintained. Outdoor maintenance can be improved. I had lunch once at the hotel and have a salad and a soup, which were tasty. Overall I would recommend this facility if you want to keep……

“Excellent hotel with friendly, attentive staff. I spent 4 nights here. The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. Located near the big mosque which was nice to see. Highly recommended. ”

“Séjour de 9 nuits. Personnel très professionnel: les demandes sont toujours exaucées. Etablissement très propre . La chambre est très grande. La literie est de qualité. J'ai noté la bonne isolation intérieure. La cuisine est bien équipée: micro onde, gazinière, réfrigérateur , machine à laver; la vaisselle est un peu limitée. Certains ustensiles pourraient être changés néanmoins (poêle à frire). Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Proximité de la route 47 , artère principale de Salalah.……

“Nivel medio . Podrían mejorar mucho la calidad de las habitaciones y el material ( toallas, ..etc) . Desayuno muy pobre, además te cargan la bebida aparte, pagando ya un desayuno incluido. ”

“All rooms need exhaust fans and air purifiers to remove stale air from the room. The fog outside wasn't that bad compared to the air in the room. Even the bed felt wet all the time !!!”
