「I chose the booking because it advertised an 11:30 checkout which was also on the detail email from Hotels.com. When I got there, they indicated enforcement of an 11:00 checkout and were not pliable even when I advised them of the 11:30 checkout I had been advised of. Probably shouldn't put too much faith in staff. Otherwise was a pleasant place to stay, albeit inconvenient.」

「In advertisements said free breakfast. I called before making reservations and clarified. Continental or eggs, waffles and the time served. They said from 6 am till 9:30 am. New Years night, so we were partying till 1:30 am so it was difficult to get up and be in front for 9 am. There was only Continental. With very little set up. No eggs, waffles. Disappointed!! We ate at Waffle House near by. 」
