“Super clean friendly staff.”

“We arrived at this hotel at midnight, much later than we had would have liked. Initially, we had booked a cabin, but due to the dirty bedding and the absence of a property manager or staff, we were forced to leave. We were exhausted, having traveled for 11 hours with three kids. Walking into the hotel felt like a breath of fresh air. We are a party of five, and we had booked a two-bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, two queen-sized beds, a living room, and a kitchen/dining area. The……

“My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. “After an 11-hour drive with three kids, we arrived with high hopes. The outside cabin/wagon area is adorable, and the amenities were perfect for burning off energy. The deluxe cabin features two bedrooms (queen, twin bunks), a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the two mini-splits couldn’t cool the space, even set at 64°F, and the mattresses were incredibly thin. Things turned worst at 9 PM when we uncovered the beds. The queen sheets were filthy. I found a spare set for that bed,……
