“The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. The “western breakfast” was just buttered toast, and it took 40 minutes, even though every simpler place offered more. They mentioned eggs as well, but after 40 minutes nothing appeared, and……

“Everything was divine! Staff was helpful, kind, and extraordinarily friendly, made lots of friends. Location cannot be topped, beach front to an exquisite beach and lovely pool with comfortable loungers. “Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud.”
