The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. "The staff at the front desk are simply marvelous. Kind, helpful with check in. Ronnie checked us in and suggested a place for lunch and made the reservation for us. It was definitely a locals only type of trattoria and the food was excellent. The location was very close to the SMN train station. This does account for some noise on that facing side of the property. We had an 8 am flight and had no trouble arriving to the airport on time. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Thanks, Hotel Boccaccio!"
