Rustic on a vinyard agricultural estate "Vigna La Corte", 2 storeys, detached from the 16th century, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 3 houses in the residence. 13 apartments in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Dicomano, 7.2 km from the centre of Vicchio, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope. For shared use: property 60 ha with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, WiFi, table football, washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Dicomano" 2 km.
