    The beds were on the firm side but pretty comfy. We did have issues connecting to the WiFi and there is not a customer service number for after hours. I was able to email but since I didn’t have WiFi it was very spotty and they gave me a generic “did you try to reset the modem.” Otherwise it’s a cute apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Just a walk up the street is some good pizza places and a grocery store. Water pressure was excellent and I appreciated the deep tub.

    一軒家の二階を宿泊施設にしているが、チェックアウト時にドア横のキーボックスに鍵を返すように指示されていたが、伝えられていたコードにしても開かなかった。管理会社とはメールでしかやり取りできず、結果的に1時間ほどドアの外で過ごすことになった。 何かあった時の対応をもう少し迅速かつ的確にやり取りできるような体制を作ってほしい
