"Beautiful property, welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms were first class and the buffet breakfast was top shelf. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again! Wengen is a quaint town in a perfect location for exploring the region!"

"The staff were very cordial and helpful. The rate is May was very high. It is an old hotel. The room was clean but the plug points for charging phone are all old so no USB connections. The hotel is only 5 to 7 min walk to Interlaken West Station so was v very convenient but it was expensive. The breakfast was excellent every morning. We stayed 4 days here. We would like K e to recognize John, very helpful overall and few front desk people - Regula, Nruna and Tanya. They were very helpful. Regards, Rishi"

"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years). The minibar is all included and is restocked every day. It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located. There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony. The view from the balcony was great. The concierge (Luke) was also very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were great. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Being a vegetarian i really appreciated the many good options they had. They always had at least 1 indian dish. They had a juice machine with fruits, ginger and celery right there and tiu could juice ot yourself. All is all a great experience Kudos to the staff and the hotel"

"Beautiful view. Peaceful and relaxing place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full breakfast with options for everyone. The only detail that could be improved is the sound isolation, I could hears my above neighbor steps."

Central Continental Hotel

"First of all, with the price I paid I don’t think it’s fair to put you on a room (214) where the construction was on going. You cannot see any view because the window was covered and since it’s covered there was no ventilation coming inside the room. I tried to open the window to get some air, but UNFORTUNATELY, my daughter suddenly had allergic reaction with the dust that I need to give her dose of epi pen. I hope the management should not use rooms that are affected with renovation cause it’s a big HEALTH HAZARD to guests. Also breakfast was very basic, again for the amount I paid I don’t think it’s reasonable. Front desk are not approachable as well."

"We stayed at the guest house by hey Hotel its clean and big, the breakfast is pretty good many choices. The place is close to everything it is also 5-10 minutes walk from the train station at Interlaken West."

"The Hey Hotel is the perfect example of minimalist design that works. The rooms are appointed with a series of cubbies which at first give them the appearance of being sparse. Not so. Those cubbies kept us so organized during our 5 day stay. The bed is comfortable and shower was great. The breakfast options were generous and delicious. Fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, pastries, cereal, yogurt and pancakes were some of the options along with bacon, beans,and potatoes. Fresh made eggs available on request. The real star of the Hey Hotel for us however was the helpful front desk crew. So friendly and always on hand for conversation about where to hike and what to do. I would give this place 6 stars if I could."
