About this property
Charming country house with a large garden
To rent for this summer, or for a weekend from September, our pretty country house 160 km from Paris, in the heart of Burgundy.
40 minutes from Chablis and Irancy, this farmhouse is surrounded by fields and on a large fenced garden of 3600m². On 2 floors, it includes 4 rented rooms. The 5th is closed because it allows us to store our personal belongings. Ideal for 2 couples with children, it has, on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 and another with 4 bunk beds (2X2), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, the kitchen and a living room, dining room with fireplace. Upstairs, a large room with sofa and 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed 140 and the other a bunk bed. At the end of the corridor, a shower room with toilet. FIBRE WIFI. Orange box TV downstairs + Chromecast (to connect your Netflix account, Amazon prime etc...), and screen upstairs, to watch one of the many DVDs left at your disposal. We have a lot of books, as well as a safe full of board games. Barbecue, garden tables and chairs, hammocks and petanque balls are available, as well as 2 sun loungers and five bicycles (4 adult bikes and 1 teen or female bike). In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. We are close to the main tourist sites such as the medieval construction site of Guédelon, the castle of Saint-Fargeau with its sound and light show, Saint Sauveur and the pretty house of Colette and the underground quarry of Aubigny. Toucy, the nearest town is known for its very pretty market, one of the 6 most beautiful in France. You will also find 2 large supermarkets and a Lidl, as well as a brand new aquatic centre, including several pools, an outdoor picnic area, as well as a sauna and hammam. Auxerre and its cathedral are 25 km away. The nearest train station as well. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement. We need to know if we are hosting a Doberman or a Chihuahua! We offer household linen (sheets, pillowcase and towels) at a rate of €10 per person. Mandatory cleaning fee of €60

Merci !!!
