Very well located in the centre town and with parking adjacent. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and had an espresso in the room as well as a bottle of water.

Found this to be a great hotel. Rooms were spacious and at reasonable prices. Staff were very helpful, especially when we were running late for our train during the Tour de France :). Hôtel is very central and there are two large elevators which makes things much easier with heavy suitcases. Nespresso machine in the room was a plus. Blockout curtains and quiet rooms help us get some rest. Would stay again :)

Great find in the heart of old town. All the sites are within walking distance. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. Bedding was comfy and bathroom and room clean. Staff are awesome and friendly. They all speak English very well thank goodness. Parking was easy peasy and well worth the price in the city.

Favourite hotel in the city center !!!!

We usually go to the holiday Inn at La Toison d'or but remembered the owner telling us he was going to open another hotel in the city center. Well the Aloft Hotel did not disappoint us it was fantastic!!!! Inside Swimming pool and lovely sauna, jacuzzi etc to relax ... The rooms were clean and spacious, best sleep ever in the comfy beds, we had a balcony which was fab! We can't wait to go back again, we loved it and also we were able to use the car park ( added bonus) on the -6 floor. You are right in the middle of the city center with shops and restaurants and bars no need for a car or any transport but if you wish to use the trams and buses they are right next to you at place Darcy. This is now my favourite hotel in Dijon ( city centre) and I can't wait to come back 💜 thank you Aloft.

Modern but very uncomfortable

so this is a modern Hotel in the centre of Dijon, with some quirky design features. two very slow lifts, room on the average to small side, basically the sink in the bedroom, shower and toilet separate. windows do not open which i hate, so forced to sleep with air con, bed relatively comfortable but with a rubberized sheet which makes the mattress hot and sweaty. some blue lights which cannot be turned off on window sills, apparently to the benefit of the building from the outside. very bright light by one side of the bed, much too bright for reading and none on the other side of the bed, making reading there impossible. Breakfast choices ok but nothing more, music far too loud in the breakfast room, a lot of very low lounge chairs which would be very uncomfortable for breakfast. loud music in entrance and reception area in the evening. Have not used the pool as only operational from 9:00 to 21:00. overpriced for what it is.

Hôtel pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles

Nous avons été un peu déçu par le niveau de prestation de l’hôtel pour un 4 étoiles, les chambres pas équipées d’armoire, il manque du rangement, il n’y a pas de peignoirs ni chaussons, pour aller à la piscine, il faudra y aller habillés et se changer en bas, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. Pour la soirée du nouvel an nous avions demandé longtemps en avance à l’hôtel, par mail et au téléphone, si une soirée est organisée, s’il y a des choses à manger et si il faudrait réserver, on nous a dit qu’il y aura une soirée, avec des planchettes et des pizzas à manger et qu’il n’y a nulle besoin de réservation… à l’arrivée à l’hôtel le 29 décembre on repose la question de réservation et on nous confirme de nouveau qu’il n’y a pas de besoin de réservation… la veille on nous dit qu’il faudra bien réserver sa place pour avant 20h30, sinon il n’y aura plus de possibilité de venir et qu’en plus il n’y aura qu’un menu spécial et au menu rien qui convient aux enfants (fois gras, canard, etc.) Et on nous répète plusieurs fois que les prix ne sont pas les prix habituels, on nous demande si on est sûr de vouloir venir car les prix sont chers! Nous avons trouvé ce comportement très mal déplacé! Le soir on remarque qu’il y a du fiches & chips sur les autres tables, on nous dit qu’ils ont servis cela exceptionnellement pour ceux qui avaient des enfants, alors qu’on nous en a pas proposé alors que nous en avions 3 aussi! Et que malheureusement il n’y en a plus! Organisat• et communicat• très mal
