  • Flat of 35 m ² entirely renovated in classified building, close to the famous owl of Dijon.
    Quietly located in the heart of the antique district, this bright apartment can accommodate up to three people.
    Away from the street, this accommodation has an oak floor, a French ceiling and large volumes.
    Located on the ground floor, on the courtyard side, its access is easy including for a person with reduced mobility.
    Umbrella bed for baby or infant available on request.

    Close to the famous owl of Dijon, the former palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, the Museum of Fine Arts and the theater.

    A 5 minute walk from the two tram lines and the Trémouille underground car park.
    Free shuttle to Divia City a few meters away.

Satisfaction of staying in a historic building

Jerome satisfied all our requests. The rooms are quiet and satisfactory in the historic district. There is a delicious bakery nearby and the market is also close and convenient.

Accueil attentionné dans appartement tranquille centre ville

Nous avons séjourné en été dans ce studio du rez de chaussée bien rénové avec une déco au gout du jour. Accueil très attentionné du propriétaire, fournissant toute réponse à nos questions de vacanciers. L'emplacement est en plein centre historique et la plupart des attractions (musées, shopping, ballades, ...) se font à pied, à quelques minutes de l'appartement. Petit plus : nous sommes allés nous baigner au lac Kir, à plusieurs reprises, en utilisant les vélos en libre service de Dijon. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
