- a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment and more;
- three offices for remote work;
- a lounge to relax after a day of strolling.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and its living room decorated with care.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Garage, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

## Emplacement
Dinard is a French commune located in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine, in the region of Brittany. It is a renowned seaside resort, particularly among the British and Americans, for its Belle Époque villas and the British Film Festival that has been held there every year since the 1990s, as well as many other events!
