My wife and daughter had hair on their toilet and a wet dirty towel still hanging from the curtain rod at check in. My mother in law and sister we both told it would be a long time before their rooms were ready and it was 3pm check in at the time. When they complained the staff got irritated and answered with not their problem because we had too much family staying there. The family was there for a wedding so yes we booked multiple rooms. Then when another family guest checked in to a room with no towels they were told the hotel just doesn’t carry enough towels for everyone. Not one positive response out of any of the rooms we rented.

It was a good room to find in the middle of the night. The AC and heater didn’t work in my room. And at some point the fire alarm went off because the heater made a smoky smell, so I completely turned it off. And then I was booked in a room where somebody was already in it so that was kind of annoying to deal with late at night. I had to ask for towels. But I’m happy the windows were able to open and if I had no other choice, I would come back.

When we came to check in at 3pm I was told it would be an hour and 30 mins until my room was ready. We were in town for a wedding and needed to get ready in our room. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and told me "you should be grateful I don't make you wait longer". I told her I'd be grateful if my room was ready when it was supposed to be. She then proceeded to threaten to cancel my reservation. We ended up getting a room 15 mins later, there was urine all over the toilet, the bathroom was not clean. They gave us zero towels. When I asked the man at the front desk later that evening for towels he gave me an attitude and said they had a limited supply. I had multiple family members that were staying in other rooms and NO ONE was given towels in their rooms.
