Frustrating experience removed our good impression

We were told pool was closed but it was not! We were not told that one must use a specific lift/elevator to access the pool. Was finally able to use the pool on the eighth day of our stay when we learned the all the secret information. However, we were told by reception that the pool was open until 18:00 but we were turned away at 17:15 on our last night and told the pool closes at 17:00.

the rooms are good but it is not a hotel where you can enjoy yourself (poor pool area), this is more of a party hotel. good service from the most of the employees, but some at the reception are not good in there job. is a nightmare to take the lift as a lot of people are going to a party from 9pm-2am.

Well first off the staff was amazing, Bahar was an amazing guy and so were the other guys at the front desk, they gave us a free room upgrade, however the room was not the cleanest and the ac was not working, keep in mind it is already super hot in doha at this time in august, so that was really inconvenient, also our key card to our room stopped working 3 times so that really sucked, if it wasn’t for the friendly staff i think i would rate this place a 1/5, if you are a hotel in a nice city then i think AC should be the number one priority even if it breaks down.

Çok titiz bir insan değilimdir ama çarşafın her gün değiştirildiğini biliyorum otellerde . 3 yıldızlı oteller bile her gün odayı temizliyor. 7 gün kaldık ilk gün bile temiz çarşaf yoktu üzerinde kıllar vardı. Havlular asla değiştirilmiyordu her gün havlu istemek zorunda kalıyordum rezaletti

I would definitely book again here. It’s a really amazing hotel with great view. Great staff great spa but they didn’t mention me. The pool and hot tub was closed from maintenance overall it’s definitely 4/5. be careful at the lobby hookah lounge i ordered 1 lemonade, and one hookah which cost around 50 riyal after i swiped my card and left the indian guy that works there charged me 80 riyal, i didn’t realize he did that until I left, i recommend to smoke hookah at the shop right across the street next time. thank you staff for having me.

The Swimming Pool area hasn’t been cleaned for weeks tools and bits of metal structure lying around all over the place poolunusable . Constant base all night from the nightclubs.

What can I say.. you get what you pay for. This place has 4 disco party bars scattered over many floors. No one is spared from the thumping of music until 2am nightly. Best to stay between Ramadan (bars/partying closed then) 🤔.. during evenings the entry is packed with bouncers and many drunk males. Party hotel.. Family not recommended.

My intention was to a decent place for sleeping. I started to get disappointed when I was trying to arrive with my car at the hotel entrance, as there were a group of hooded "bros" standing in front of my car, blocking the way. The valet guy was also wearing a hoodie and approached me with a "Hey, whats up, wanna park?" I felt quite uncomfortable to hand over my car but I had to do it as there was no other parking possibilities around. Upon getting inside, I could notice that the profile of the guests were not compatible with the profile of regular people looking for a retreat, but more likely people looking to get lucky with other random people. About 6 big security guys were readily available at the foyer to keep the "good order" at the entrance of the inner night club. Took the key. Dark elevator, strange people. Smoky room. I didn't even touched the bed. I left the place in less than 5 minutes. When I took my car from the sand parking lot, the sunroof was open. I was so glad I didn't took long to leave that place

Not bad, good for the price.

Great location, very close to several key points of interest. Nice pool on the roof and the staff was very kind and helpful. My room smelled a bit of smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room, and I had a gard time with that. Also the carpets a d upholstery could definitely use a bit of cleaning. For the price though, not a bad place to stay.

Very Bad experience

Delay in check in, no parkings available, they have valet parking but in unsafe place. Elevators got crowded when bar open and there is no special elevators for residence. Much drunk people are in and cannot be safe near them specially when u are in the queue to get the elevators. Security trying to help to get elevator for families but drunk people cannot understands. Place of hotel is in the middle of excavation near to souq Waqf. At midnight there are much labor meeting at the front of hotel. Their breakfast is unsatisfied Car horn is living with u in ur room. One thing I like, which is some security treatment.

We arrived on friday night. Check in was ok but not everything was explained. You need to fob your room key in the lifts to get to your room. Getting in the lift was a nightmare as there was so many non hotel guests using the lifts to get to the pub and nightclub. I feel they shouldnt have been using the guests lifts. People leaving at 2/3 am in the morning was awful due to the amount of noise from cars bibbing and people. The bathroom was filthy

Hôtel propre ,très bien situé,mais mal fréquenté,pas d'eau chaude,chambre insonorisées,bref je l'ai signalé on changer de chambre 4 fois , heureusement le directeur a prit en compte ma demande mais j'ai passer 4 nuits horrible,voilà pour famille je déconseille,pour jeune cela peu convenir je pense ,personnel très très sympa.

Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer mit einer bombastischen Aussicht auf das Museum of Islamic Art und die Bucht mit der City. Das Hotel hat eine Superlage, MIA, Souq Waqifa, Nationalmuseum alles in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Hatten nur Unterkunft gebucht, man findet Lokale in jeder Preislage in der Nähe. Im Bad sieht man, dass das Hotel schon ein bißchen älter ist, aber es war sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den kostenlosen Flughafenshuttle in Anspruch genommen, leider hatte uns niemand gesagt, dass die nur stündlich zum Flughafen fahren. Deshalb standen wir bei Ankunft etwas verlassen am Flughafen, aber ein hilfsbereiter anderer Abholer hat uns gefragt, auf welches Hotel wir warten, hat kurz telefoniert und ein paar Minuten später war alles geklärt. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

The water was not really warm and I have showered half of the time with cold water. After several attempts to fix the situation I have changed room which was a downgrade: smokers room and no more view. Not really enthusiastic...

If you value a good nights sleep then don’t stay at this hotel, it is noisy! Doors slamming, people talking loudly until the early hours of the morning, you can hear the loud bass from the nightclub upstairs. There’s only one English tv channel the news. The inside lock of our door was broken and we were genuinely worried about security. The surrounding area of the hotel is very run down with broken footpaths and buildings turned to rubble. We didn’t sleep properly for 2 nights and left feeling more exhausted than when we checked in.
