The stay was very nice, I enjoyed it. The staff generally was very helpful and view for the room was very nice, I would have given 5 stars but the only thing I didn’t appreciate as solo female traveller, when I called for my bags to be brought down before checkout, the staff for some reason started inspecting the room instead of just taking the bag which is what I called for, to be honest it didn’t really make me feel safe, it was not his place to do the inspection and I would rather they do the inspection when I actually have checkout and I’ve completely left the room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience A fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality and Great Corniche View. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The room was spotless, the facilities were great, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. Special thanks to Shabaaz, Ishaq, Housekeepers obviously and also Vipul for being always available assisting me with the local tour. And in-house restaurant The Taj Maharaja food is just superb. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay & Truly Value for Money! I recently stayed at The Castle Premium Hotel, Doha for one night, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, hygienic, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities and facilities. The front office staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, and I especially appreciated their kind gesture of offering me an early check-in, which made my arrival very convenient. The housekeeping service deserves a special mention—prompt, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The overall service and hospitality truly reflect a guest-focused approach. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently close to the Metro, cinema, downtown, shopping malls, Souq Waqif, Al Bidda Park and Doha Corniche, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The availability of parking is an added convenience. The in-house restaurant offers delicious food, and the gym is a great facility for guests who like to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. From the cleanliness and facilities to the warm hospitality and convenient location, everything made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Absolutely value for money! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Doha with excellent service and genuine hospitality. 👏✨ Thank you, The Castle Premium Hotel team, for a wonderful stay! ❤️

The location is great. There are a lot of cafes and things within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel is literally falling apart. The room I stayed in had stained wallpaper walls and a dirty carpet that either needs to be replaced or some serious shampooing. The bathroom flush button was leaking; every time I pressed it water would run down the wall. The window in the room hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long which prevented me from being able to get nice pictures of the beautiful view of the skyline. The hotel needs A LOT of work. The pictures on here are very old and unfortunately don’t show you the true state of things.
