The staff at the Radisson were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive. They communicated quickly and efficiently, which really helped ease my travel anxiety. My only suggestion would be for the team to provide a quick orientation when guests are settling in—how and where the room controls work, for example. The controls in my room weren’t very intuitive (they looked like an alarm clock, and the button labels were faded), so I had to call down for help. Once I got the hang of it, everything was fine.
The hotel itself is beautiful, though a bit dated. I stayed in the second building, which felt quieter and less lively than the first, but since I was only there for one night, it didn’t bother me. Overall, it’s a grand property with a lot of charm, and I’d consider staying again.
