Gem in Doha

Excellent stay for a long layover. Beds are comfortable; the showers are clean and well equipped; and the noise level is perfect for getting restful sleep.

Clean rooms (and bathrooms) and well-designed, in a quiet area of airport. However, space is very small (as advertised). Despite two requests - -(made when booking) room was only available for 6 hours, not the 8 hours needed. Check out of 11 PM was enforced.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay was cut short because of a significant delay in our flight due to maintenance. When I asked about reserving the shower, she said it typically would cost but because I wasn’t getting my full stay, she was willing to reserve the shower for me free of charge. That is great customer service. Although, I do believe for the price, it should include the shower. It was nice to be able to rest in between flights. I will likely do the bunk next time because of very limited space in the single. Appreciated the complimentary beverages in the lounge.

Does just what it says on the label. A good nights sleep on a mattress instead of an airport chair. Well worth it especially when arriving at night ahead of a morning flight. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful

Although the sleep lounge is far in the back of the airport it was very comfortable and clean. Upon arrival you can treat yourself to a complementary drink (tea,coffee, and a few sofa options). The bed was comfortable and was well ventilated with a thermostat you can control your room temperature. The only thing I didn’t like was you had to leave the sleeping area to goin the general airport area to use the bathroom but overall I had a 10/10 experience and would recommend.

It is very clean, safe and a very nice friendly staff Dave Sevilla. I loved it and hoping to stay again next trip. My only concern was that the blanket provided was too thin and small but everything else is great.

I booked for 10 hours. I had a very peaceful sleep, a beautiful shower and enjoyed the complimentary cold water and coffee before I left. Staff are very polite and friendly, i was made to feel very welcome. I cannot recommend enough. I had a 14 hour transit and this really saved me :)

Booked a bunk bed cabin for an overnight stay for our layover time. Facilities are great. Our beds are soft and comfortable. Toilets are clean and showers has complete amenities. There is also free coffee for guests. I wasn’t able to charge my phone (iPhone 13pro) during the stay since there is a need for adapter, but overall, place is nice. Definitely recommended for anyone who needs an overnight place to stay. You can also walk in for showers.

The staff were delightful. It’s a bed, and that’s it really. Did its job. Efficient transfer to south node, no problem. Very expensive for eight hours, but ain’t that travel!!!
