The hotel was exceptionally clean and overall very pleasant. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and they truly surprised me by upgrading my room to a higher category without me even asking. The hotel’s WhatsApp support line was also very efficient, responding immediately and resolving any issues right away. Its central location is a major advantage. With a metro station right next to the hotel, it’s very easy to reach any part of Doha as well as the airport. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety. I especially appreciated the long breakfast hours and the selection of dishes from various world cuisines — they really did everything to ensure a satisfying start to the day. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the pillows in the room; they could have been softer and more comfortable. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I was highly satisfied overall.

I was shocked with the facilities at this hotel as it does not feel like a 5 star experience at all. The location is good as it is easy to grab taxis and get around quickly but the rooms were not great. Shower is a little on the small side and the staff could have been abit friendlier to guests. Overall a poor 5star

The location of the hotel is in downtown, near a very nice shopping mall "The Gate Mall" and near a metro station. Also it is across the street from the Convention Center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were even attended by the hotel manager.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, elle ne manquait de rien. Le personnel était agréable et l’hôtel très bien situé dans Doha.
