「All was perfect: a clean place and friendly staff.」

「This is a former "palace" (really a chateau), which has been converted to a hotel. It is in an isolated location. 「They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. 」
