“The front desk associate Doug is always an amazing person with warm welcomes and greets us. Everytime I stay in Durango I stay here. Doug is always helpful and the breakfast biscuits and gravy are legendary with the coffee!!! ”

“This was our first time staying here and likely won't be the last. Everything was clean, and most everything was well maintained less the elevator. It might be one of the more loud operating ones I've used. It worked without issue but was much louder than other in different hotels I've stayed in recently.
Parking was a non issue but, snow/ice removal from the walking surfaces between the parking lot and the front entrance could stand a little improvement. There was definitely a need to pick……

“Comfortable bed and nice layout. Couch was a bit stained. Breakfast was typical. Location to trail along river was really nice.
