A seulement 350m de la plage dans une résidence, maison rénovée à étage mitoyenne avec jardinet clos. A l'intérieur, en rez de chaussée, un séjour avec clic clac et TV /coin cuisine équipée avec plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur/congélateur, hotte, micro ondes, bouilloire, cafetière; un cellier avec lave linge, une salle d'eau, un WC indépendant; une chambre pour deux couchages (lit 140) avec placard/penderie. A l'étage, une mezzanine mansardée avec velux pour deux couchages (2x90).
A l'extérieur, un jardin clos avec terrasse à l'avant et à l'arrière avec store banne, meubles de jardin,parasol.

Le Plus de cette location à la mer : A deux pas de la plage avec une base nautique. Pistes cyclables et promenades en forêt à proximité. Parking privé dans la résidence.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Idéal pour des vacances sommaires

Il a fallu tailler les lauriers pour accéder au logement. Il dispose de volumes suffisants pour 4 personnes mais un rafraichissement est nécessaire. Les literies ne sont pas au top surtout à l'étage. L'emplacement est idéalement bien placé pour accéder directement à la plage à pied.
