"Incredible views, great food, kind staff that helped my daughter with a bee sting, comfy room with huge bathroom which is rare. My only recommendation is that they put screens on windows in the summer so without air conditioning you can have windows open for the evening breeze without bees/spiders coming in. Would still recommend this hotel regardless.... loved it."

"Staff are very friendly, and helpful. The view of the grundlsee was phenomenal. The pool, sauna facilities made the vacation very relaxing. The hotel room doesn't have ac, during the heat wave, which is not easy to deal with."

"What an amazing hotel! Staff were incredible, from the reception staff, dining staff, cleaning staff they made sure we were well looked after, special mention for how well our room was cleaned and tidied during our stay. Facilities were the absolute best, pools were amazing. Will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend "
