"La stanza era indubbiamente carina, ma l'unico punto luce sul comodino aveva la lampadina fulminata, la televisione non riceveva alcun canale, il radiatore a parte emetteva continuo rumori dovuti vorse alla sua dolatazione, in bagno c'era sin dall'arrivo un persistente odore sgradevole divuto sicuramente a reflusso di miasmi della fogna. "This property was a delight to stay in: spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped, and charming. The A/C works like a charm, and the kitchen is set up well so you can cook if you like. The front yard (main property photo) is a delightful place to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool, but it is clean and easily accessible. It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside of San Vito proper, but there is a bar for coffee and cocktails (Bar Royal Apollonia) within walking distance, plus a top-notch restaurant a little farther (Osteria del Carcere). It's hard to believe that such a small village could have such a great restaurant. The property location is close to many surrounding towns, including Pescara."
