A typical remodeled property formerly part of a larger chain. The paint was new and fresh. The carpet had been replaced with nice looking hardwood flooring. Those are the good points. The plumbing showed it's obvious age. Paint was peeling in the corners over the tub. The shower head was pretty disgusting ...
