Excellent customer service. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time visiting this city and the staff gave great recommendations for food and activities. The breakfast buffet included in our price had a good variety of foods to get the day started. Food in this town isn't the cheapest so having breakfast included was great. Had a great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend it.

Great location in near the centre of town. It's up a hill though, so keep that in mind if you are not very mobile. The hotel was very clean, the outdoor and pool area was very pretty. You could go to the bar and order some nice drinks. Only pity was that you had to pay a fee to rent a beach towel (€3). The room we had was spacious enough for 3 people, and also very clean. We also had a big balcony. There is free parking in front of the hotel and on a parking lot a bit down the street, but also a paid area between the blue lines so keep that in mind.

Fin beliggenhed, men hotellet ikke 4 stjerner værd

Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til den lille søvnige badeby. Men det er ikke 4 stjerner værdigt. Det er slidt. Halvdelen af liggestolene ved poolen var i stykker og kunne ikke bruges. Der var alger i poolen. Vi havde hotellets angiveligt bedste værelse med 2 balkoner. Fantastisk udsigt, men man kunne ikke sidde i havemøblerne, da de ligeledes var i stykker. Service til morgenmad var skåret. Der var ikke meget mad at vælge mellem - specielt ikke hvis vi kom sent ned. Værelset var slidt.

Uns (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder mit 4 & 6 Jahren) hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel I Ginepri sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool und Garten war gepflegt und toll, den Tennisplatz haben wir öfters genutzt und die Zimmer waren groß genug und sehr sauber. Das Abendessen durfte man immer bereit beim Frühstück aussuchen und bestand immer aus einem Nudelgericht, Salat/Gemüse und einem zweiten Gang mit Fisch oder Fleisch. Vegetarische Speisen standen auch öfters auf der Karte bzw. war es gar kein Problem eine vegetarische Variante zu bekommen oder sogar etwas ganz anderes, was nicht auf der Karte stand. Jedes Gericht fanden wir ausnahmslos köstlich. Was aber besonders hervorzuheben ist, ist das super freundliche und herzliche Personal, die auch immer mit den Kindern lieb und lustig umgegangen sind. Alles in allem werden wir das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel an sich sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter, Service war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen Standartzimmer mit Balkon gebucht, und es war sehr gut ( Gute Sicht zum Pool, Richtung Strand ). Wenn man mit den Auto unterwegs ist sollte man achten die die weißgestreiften Parkplätze zu nutzen ( kostenlos ). Das Frühstück war gut reichlich für jeden sowohl auch für Veganer wie mich.

Esperienza traumatica con i camerieri. Scortesi, invadenti che sembravano dei militari. In portineria all’arrivo nessuno ha mosso un dito per aiutarci con le valigie. Restavano solo a guardarci. Stessa cosa per la partenza. Nessuno che salutava. Hotel da evitare.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise kleine Zimmer mit kurzen Betten und kleinen Duschen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Küche. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind leider zu wenig. Achtung: die Parkplätze mit der blauen Umrandung sind kostenpflichtig, also nur mit Parkticket.

Die Lage war super, und das Frühstück war genau wie das Abendessen sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war OK, ein sehr kleiner Balkon, die Toiletten- Spülung lief leider die ganze Nacht und die Dusche war undicht. Das kann aber alles ein Zimmer-spezifisches Problem sein.

Netter Aufenthalt

Leckeres sardisches Menü, reichliches Frühstück, gute Zimmer, tolle Lage- ist zu Fuß recht schnell an der "Strandpromenade" und beim Supermarkt, wunderschöne Strände Cala Fuili und Cala Luna sind gut zu erreichen. Die Animation des Hotels nebenan war abends sehr deutlich auf unserem Zimmer zu hören. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Avoid at all cost.

This hotel is located in a very beautiful part of Sardinia. It can best be described as a tourist hotel. Many of the staff are welcoming and helpful and the meals were satisfactory. The hotel is mediocre in standard of furnishings and could do with a little updating here and there. The problems arise when you have a difficulty and that problem is in the form of the manageress, she is an absolute nightmare! Her efforts at customer relationships extend only to blaming the guest for any event. We had the air conditioning unit leak onto the television and when we pointed it out we were “told off” for not waiting until it was sorted!!! The shower is too small and one person had to hold the shower unit above the head of the person wishing to shower. The walls are paper thin and any sound from an adjoining room can be easily heard and the fire door is used by guests to access the outside patio and it slammed every time it was used. We had enough of the woman in charge and decided to leave early and because they made it so unpleasant we feigned a family emergency in order to escape.

I don't want to be the person to complain about a bed, but it was the hardest bed I've ever slept on with no give. Location was decent in the center of town. Karaoke into the evening audible from bedroom so couldn't sleep. Disappointing. There are better places to stay for the same price.

HOTEL TRES AGREABLE EN BORD DE MER

L'hotel est tres calme et tres agreable . Sa situation geographique est parfaite pour profiter de Cala Gonone et de ses environs . Ses espaces exterieures ( Piscine , jardins) sont très cosy et la vue de la piscine sur la mer est fantastique. Mais surtout l'accueil est exceptionnel. Valentina et Roberta sont adorables avec un vrai sens du service client et sans oublier Graze au bar.
