「The communication with the hotel from the get go was excellent. Mr Tanner was so kind and helpful from the time we arrived till we left. He’s very polite and so are the hotel staff. This has been an amazing experience at a hotel to feel warm and welcome. This is exactly what customer service is about, and I’d come here again for every other stay. This hotel values the customer, and that is core value to feel welcome.

「You could have better option with this price. Hotel facilities old (unless you are obsessed with this antique style). There is a ‘museum’ under the hotel but not opened even to hotel residents. You need to ask them to open the door. Most Staff we met were not friendly.」
