「This is an absolutely amazing resort with everything you wanted and more. We would absolutely stay here again. For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). Overall an amazing experience at such a well cared for property. Truly...

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...
