Only one elevater worked, ice machines didn't work except on a couple of floors (out of 20), air conditioning couldn't keep up (outside temperature was in the 90's, inside temp didn't get below 78). “Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers.”
