"Amazing Hotel, check in was amazing, excellent service. Traffic at the entryway was extremely crowded and confusing, no one there to direct me , having never been here before and it was in the evening made finding parking was initially confusing. Everything else was fine!"

"Great stay at Omni! Excellent staff that are helpful and inviting! We got a balcony room on the top floor and loved being able to enjoy fresh air and a view. The room itself could use some updating. Sliding door was hard to open and shut. Toilet sounded like it was going to launch out of the room when flushed. Other than that we enjoyed our room, very comfortable. Enjoy a couple drinks at the bar and a drink from the cafe the next morning. We also enjoyed having valet service. Overall 4.5 out of 5! "

"Everything was excellent. Friendly hotel staff. Hotel was very accessible and accommodating and clean. Area outside and around the hotel was clean and well lit and felt safe. Restaurants were aplenty. Many shops and bars. Stayed the weekend to catch a metal show at the Old National Centre. Would definitely visit Indianapolis again and stay at the same hotel and visit the same venue. My only critique would be the parking as we were not sure (or aware) of the parking situation downtown and for our hotel but we realized we can just go into a parking garage and pay the days rate. It all worked out fine but that part we were a bit unsure of. All things considered, it was a great time!"
