Fantastic stay near the Großer Garten!
Very nice, clean apartment near the Großer Garten that was perfect for our small family. Well appointed with everything you could need, including washing machine. Very close to public transit and walking distance to the zoo. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Graziosissimo appartamento vicino parco
Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 3 giorni 4 persone. Il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere e portato alla casa. Il pagamento è in contanti. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e tutto il resto. La casa è veramente carina, ha una piccola stanza da letto, un soggiorno cucina con divano letto. TV e radio funzionanti. È vicinissimo al grande parco di Dresda, ma non è centrale. Noi comunque camminavano a piedi, in 50 minuti si raggiunge il centro dove ci sono tutte le attrazioni. C'è un supermercato Netto a 10 minuti dalla casa. Ringraziamo i Signori Lang per la loro disponibilità. Le foto nel sito rispecchiano in pieno la casa. Consigliato.

Preis-Leistung ist ok
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom einem S-Bahnhof und einem großen Park. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist ruhig. Kleine Schönheitsreparaturen in der Wohnung im Bad und Wohnzimmer wären schön, um den Gesamteindruck abzurunden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut (kein Ofen).

An sich nicht schlecht
Die Wohnung ist an sich nicht schlecht. Leider erwartete uns ein intensiver Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl die Wohnung eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung ist. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter bat uns gründlich zu lüften, was das Problem leider nicht löste. Das Fenster im Bad ist schimmelig, der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber, ebenso wie Teile des Küchenbodens. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadterkundung in Dresden, alles ist gut erreichbar.

Insgesamt war es okay - der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend!
Die Küche war ordentlich ausgestattet und auch Sachen wie ein Föhn, ein Staubsauger etc. waren vorhanden. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Fußläufig waren leider kaum Supermärkte erreichbar bis auf einen Netto 900 Meter entfernt, was zum Wasserschleppen nicht ganz so günstig ist. Dennoch ist man sehr gut angebunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Safe war sehr unkompliziert und das Verfahren wurde vom Vermieter sehr gut beschrieben, sodass alles reibungslos ablief. Leider war die Wohnung nicht so sauber, wie sie es hätte sein sollen. Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken recht dreckig, die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können und der Küchenboden war sehr verdreckt. Hier wurde uns gesagt, dass die Reinigungsfirma zwar vor unserem Urlaub da war, allerdings nicht so sauber gemacht hat, wie er es sonst gewohnt ist. Der Vermieter hatte die Reinigungsfirma noch kontaktiert, allerdings haben wir hiervon nichts mehr gehört. Weiterhin waren die Handtücher voll undefinierbarer Flecken. Zeitgleich haben die Kissenbezüge der Wohnzimmerkissen sehr gestunken. Auch das Geschirrtuch, das vorhanden war, war ziemlich dreckig. All diese Dinge mussten wir in die Waschmaschine schmeißen, um uns überhaupt wohlzufühlen.Der Vermieter hat hierauf aber sehr schnell reagiert und uns am selben Abend noch frische Handtücher besorgt. Es waren jeweils nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle vorhanden. Das sollte irgendwo stehen.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck
15Uhr sollte Check in sein,bis dahin keine Nachricht vom Gastgeber bekommen, Nachfrage per Telefon,da wurde uns mitgeteilt das Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt wurde,16.30Uhr war somit erst Check in möglich.1 Gardine fehlte in Wohnstube, Dusche sehr in Jahre gekommen, Badfenster fällt fast heraus wenn man es kippt,Duschvorhang ekelig.Deckenlampe völlig verstaubt.Das Gute waren die Utensilien in der Wohnung,Geschirrspültaps,Geschirrtuch,Aufwaschlappen ,etc.alles vorhanden.Sogar Kaffee und Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine .Der Tee im Schrank war seit 2Jahren verfallen.
