The hotel is located near train and bus station in Dresden. There is good public transportation to reach the center of the city. The hotel does not have regular front desk. This property is very good if your goal is sightseeing.

Pros: almost next to the main train station and Flix Bus stops; The room was renovated and cleaned. Cons: it was complicated to request for leaving bags inside the facilities before the 3pm check-in time; there was no fridge in the room; The bed was basically two single mattresses put together with sagging middle; I could hear other guests (humans or ghosts?) walking the stairs, around the floor and closing their closets, etc. in the middle of the night; Getting up to my floor at night the whole place was pitch dark until the motion sensors kicked in to switch on the lights after making a few steps.

It said there was air conditioning which is the only reason why we came, and there was nothing. It was 90 degrees in our room. We were absolutely miserable, and there’s literally no staff there. No front desk. Nothing. Looks nothing like the pictures

No on-site staff makes for a rather difficult experience. The room was fine except that the bathroom light did not work. It wasn't the end of the world but having someone on sight to relay the issue too is just not too much to ask. Online checkin and checkout was a bit of a challenge since the only available language was German.

A big "no go"!

Terrible, we arrived on a construction site. Dust everywhere, noise, etc. The room was "finished" but the connection cable of the wall-mounted tv didn't reach the socket, the airco was hardly working, a holder for water glasses in the bathroom but no glasses. 2 coffee cups but no facilities for coffee. We booked 2 nights but left after 1 night, no refund as the owner mentioned in a message that we didn't inform him. How could we...entrance with a code and nobody present and we being the only guests, not a pleasant stay. Contacting him by phone...not possible with a foreign sim card. In short, this "hotel" never should have opened in the state it was!

Wir hatten das Hotel am 19.12.25 für den Zeitraum vom 22.12-23.12.25 Gebucht und wurde Bestätigt! Bei der Anfahrt nach Dresden (550km) wurde uns vom den Hotel Telefonisch mitgeteilt das wir das Gebuchte Zimmer nicht bekommen können wegen einer Überbuchung! (Trotz Reservierungsbestätigung) dies wird erst am Anreisetag um 11:55 mitgeteilt!! Als Antwort das es nicht sein Problem ist sondern unseres! Ich möchte gerne wissen wenn Sie einen Termin haben und im Auto sitzen wie man vergleichbares zur Unterkunft finden soll. Der Herr war sehr unfreundlich und nicht Kooperativ. Eine zugesicherte Stornierung per Mail haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten!!

Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel Villa Noél, das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Das Zimmer ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Der Lüfter lief dauerhaft, was es nachts schwierig macht zu schlafen. Die Vorhänge waren teilweise abgerissen, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, drei von vier Beinen des Glastisches hingen komplett schief, so dass man ihn nicht nutzen wollte (konnte). Die Tür der Dusche war aus der Führung heraus. Mit wenig Handgriffen hätte man diese Makel beheben können. Man muss es einfach nur mal tun.

Hotel que mais parecia uma casa assombrada pois em tres dias de estadia nunca encontrei ninguém, o check-in é feito pelo app, mamdam um código e nao vi uma viva alma. Carpete velho, manchado e sujo. Nao fazem cama nem trocam as toalhas então acho que a denominação hotel não cabe aqui. Bom por ser ao lado da Estação de trens.

Es gab kein gatronomisches Angebot, wir hatten ein sehr dreckiges Zimmer, vor allem derTeppich, das war nicht ein bisschen akzeptabel, es gab keine Kleiderbügel und der Fernseh ging auch nicht, es gab keine Rezeption, so das man irgendwo mit seinen Anliegen hätte hingehen können. Die Dusche war an den Silikonnähten schwarz vom Schimmel. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl in diesem Hotel gefühlt und erst Recht für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben. Es bleibt zu hoffen das es sich ändern wird, da es ja wohl einen neuen Betreiber des Hotels gibt.

Hotel.comでエアコン付きだと書いてあったから予約したのに、行ってみたら部屋にエアコンはなかった。 スタッフに確認すると、どうやらこのホテル自体エアコンがないらしい。 しかも、Wi-Fiも全然繋がらなかったし、ドライヤーはうるさい割に風がとても弱かった。 さらに荷物預かりをお願いしたら、 「ロビーの隣のカンファレンスルームに置いていいよ」 と言われたが、見てみると文字通りただの会議室だったので、さすがにここに荷物を置いていく気にはならなかった。 結局駅のコインロッカーを使った。

Hotel de autoservicio, no hay recepción todo es por mensaje y codigos para acceder, la propiedad es muy vieja, falta iluminación, las habitaicones no aprovechan el espacio que tienen. En una habitación indicidual como es posible que no tengan cortinas para que no pase la luz.
