「The room was nice for an overnight stay. Hosts were also nice. Cozy and comfortable. 」

「Great place for college town move in day!」

「Very nice staff.」

「Everything was clean, however, the room was very musty-smelling with a sick, sweet perfume smell to "cover" the odor.」

「Pecan Cottages was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had the Davey Crockett cottage for our 2 night stay while we were visiting some family we have seen for over 30 years! It was a perfect choice over a standard hotel room. Quaint and cute, the decor was well thought out and strategic. It was an old school cabin for sure but had wifi, mini frig, Keurig and TV, everything ya needed was there! Bed was comfortable and we slept pretty good! Charity and Clint (the owners) were really nice and...

「Host was always available,easy communication 」

「There was a Halloween Eve party and the music was so loud until it ended at midnight. We could hear everything through the walls. Patrons were drunk and wild. We heard shouting and cars until at least midnight. And they had stinky air fresheners all in there and burnt my nose it was so strong. I felt unsafe overall.」

「Cute and clean little house, just pictured!」

「Loved this little place! I am originally from the area and regularly come up to visit. I will definitely be booking again. The host is accommodating and communicative, the house was clean and cool when I walked in, and the decorating feels spacious but cozy at the same time. Add in the neighbor cat that visited outside with me every day and it was the perfect stay!」
