Escape the city noise & reconnect with your inner self with nature surrounding. This peaceful, quiet & private retreat has everything you need to relax & unwind.

Enjoy sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine & seeing wildlife pass by, or enjoy the outdoor pool area and amazing sunsets. Take a walk around the residential neighborhood & take in the peace & quiet of nature surroundings.

The kitchen does not have a stove, but does have a microwave, air fryer, mini slow cooker and double burner electric cooktop

The property is joined to the owner's house. The front part of the house is it's own little apartment, with its own front entrance. This apartment is closed off to the rest of owner's house. Owner lives in the back part of the house.

The AC controls are not located in the apartment. It's controlled by the owner. The place is consistently between 70-72 degrees, but will be happy adjust the temperature for you.

Great access to Hill Country

Clean, quiet, modern, inviting small apartment with very comfortable King memory foam bed, the softest bath towels ever and plenty of amenities in both kitchen and bath: coffee pot, air fryer, microwave. Refrigerator had bottled water, plenty of coffee for 2 mornings, tea, spices, and some snacks. All in all, a great place to stay for venturing out to Wimberley, Gruene, Dripping Springs, etc...
