“It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized.”

“During my stay I interacted with at least 7 or 8 staff members, in all honesty only 2 of them did make us feel welcome and smiled. The others just looked like they didn’t want to be there and were extremely unfriendly, The hotel is situated in a decent place but really needs some TLC. “Thoroughly mediocre, at best. Obnoxious check-in kiosk which doesn’t work with Expedia reservation and nearby staff sitting idly by, who seemed put out when assistance was ultimately requested. The facility is quite worn with little apparent maintenance/upkeep performed. ”

“Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”
